The client here wanted a new area of lawn laid, an area of deck with wood-chipping at the back of the garden removed and to let some light back into this good-sized garden. We began by cutting back the trees at the end of the garden heavily to open it up. We also improved the beds either side of the lawn by reshaping them, removing some plants, adding new and making the most of others, to make the lawn feel much larger and give the garden a far more polished look. Once the garden had been lengthened by the addition of the turf at the far end we also erected a screen to hide the shed for the final touch to the new, smarter look. We’ve now added this garden to our list of regular maintenance clients.
I can’t thank you enough, the garden looks absolutely fantastic and exceeds my expectations. I am so pleased I listened to you regarding the deck. The garden feels twice as big as it used to. You’ve also managed to make it look like I’ve got twice the plants I used to have. Magic.
